I have been to Liberia many times and stayed in many different hotels on my visits. This hotel being fairly new it seems was very clean. The room service each day was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the work that I do when I’m here it’s located in a good place and I’m sure I’ll be returning on my next visit.

From check in to check out my overall experience was great. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Every interaction was met with a genuine smile. Every concern i expressed was addressed accordingly. Very clean environment and site was aesthetically pleasing . Beds are very comfortable. Their warmth made me feel truly at home. The property was very modernized and updated. The gym and pool were amazing. The service staff were extremely welcoming and the food staffs were wonderful, some even help me with some suggestions of local food to try during my stay. However, the surrounding location wasn’t so great. It’s about 20-30 minutes drive away from the main city. I definitely would have loved to extend my stay for the duration of my visit in Liberia if it wasn’t for the location.

Good Hotel, But Poor Front Desk & Booking Disputes

The hotel itself is great, clean, modern, and comfortable. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. If you book through third-party sites like Hotels.com or Expedia, be prepared for issues. Even when you’ve already paid in full, the staff may insist you pay an additional amount if they believe the hotel hasn’t received the expected payment from the booking platform. This makes check-in stressful and leaves guests feeling caught in the middle of arrangements that should have been sorted out between the hotel and the platforms. Overall: excellent facilities, but poor handling of reservations and payments when using third-party booking services.
