"This hotel doesn’t deserve the name “Americas Best” being its name. Everything was unpleasant. Attendant upon check-in was rude, room smelled so bad, carpet were obviously uncleaned and very disgusting, towel bars were dusty, the shower head was too low even for a 5’2” person like me.
