Not a better location and having the top room Provided a view to remember . Be prepared to walk up 4 floors but well worth the effort.

A really lovely hotel with fantastic and friendly service by the staff. Clean, super comfortable bed and included a breakfast (at a cafe) & replenished mini bar drinks every day. A great location close and easy to walk around the old town for cafes and restaurants but also easy walk to the beautiful beaches with clear blue water.

Loved it!
Fabulous! So well appointed, free mini bar topped up daily, champagne flutes as well as wine glasses, lovely coffee machine. Right near harbour in the old town. We stayed on second floor and had a little balcony too. Stairs are steep but there’s a lift for luggage

Nice, tidy little apartment with bed upstairs and bath down. Works great as a central locale to stay in Monopoli and explore the town, restaurants and shopping. Parking is a bit difficult, as you need to find a free parking 15 minute walk from the place, or pay for parking in a 10 minute walk away. Either way, hauling bags to the place can be a challenge. But once there, it’s a great spot to begin your sightseeing of Puglia.

This is a beautiful location and the property has nice modern updates. Great staff! Our only complaint was that emails from Le Contrade were sometimes not coordinated - requesting information previously reported and sending 5 requests for payment even though we had prepaid. You will love this venue!

The highlight of our 10 days in Puglia. Pietro is the most incredible, knowledgeable, passionate and kind host. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him. His energy is infectious and made us fall in love with Monopoli. He also has the best recommendations. The B&B is amazing, well located and clean but it is the hospitality that we will remember forever. We hope to be back very soon. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property is a small boutique hotel. The location is conveniently located inside the old town so the parking can be challenging. You have to park outside the old town but the staff would guide you to a parking spot. I find the staff all helpful and courteous. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The few "issues" we had at the beginning were fully rectified almost immediately. Fantastic staff. Most important, Pietro was amazing. Beautiful location with fantastic views. My wife and I would strongly recommend!

Our stay at La Contrade Dimore Pugliesi
We had a lovely time staying at La Contrade. Our room had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the promenade. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean. Pietro was an outstanding host. He went out of his way to meet our every need. He recommended and personally introduced us to the best local restaurants. He even accompanied us there so we did not get lost. He took us to the beautiful beach club for our one free day and arranged everything there with the host. He was always there to answer every question and to offer help, if needed. Because of Pietro, we truly got to experience southern Italy’s warmth and hospitality and to fully enjoy the beautiful town of Monopoli.

This is a lovely and special property in old town Monopoli with stunning views out to sea. Pietro and the team went out of their way to make us welcome. Our arrival was delayed due to flight issues but Pietro kept in touch with us and met us at the railway station even though it was late in the evening. It was a really excellent welcome after a long journey. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a minibar. We had a balcony overlooking the promenade and the sea and it was lovely to sit out there at the end of the day and watch the sea and the world go by. Would definitely stay there again and look forward to returning to the beautiful town of Monopoli.

Très agréable

Wir waren das erste mal in Monopoli und hatten mit dieser Unterkunft einen Volltreffer gelandet Wir hatten im 4. OG das Zimmer mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse mit einem wahnsinnigen Ausblick auf das Meer Unser Gastgeber Pietro war der Wahnsinn so freundlich und zuvorkommend mit tollen Tips für Strände und Restaurants. Incroyable !
Merci à Pietro et son équipe pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur conseil sur site. L'hotel est niché dans une petite ruelle charmante, face mer, au calme. Entièrement renové, prosecco et nespresso en chambre en guise de bienvenue. La ville est superbe. A visiter et à (re)revisiter ! GRAZIE !

Location ECCELLENTE come posizione - pulizia - igiene - ambiente - accoglienza e supporto (anche per i bagagli pensano a tutto). A 2 passi da quanto (moltissimo) di bello c'è da vedere a Monopoli. Ed a 2 passi (proprio 2) dal bellissimo lungomare. Pietro il titolare è super attento alle esigenze del Cliente, anzi le anticipa con garbo ed efficienza. Assolutamente DA CONSIGLIARE. Ma davvero notevole.

une double reservation avait ete faite sur la chambre reservee - du coup une autre chambre nous a été proposée et on nous a offert l'aperitif et le petit dej en dedomagement - bon accueil de l'equipe.

Süsses, B&B in der Altstadt
Gleich zu Beginn, sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt zur Besitzerin Mariangela, die uns gleich nach Ankunft vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren hat. Zimmer sehr schön, alles ganz neu reniviert. Lage perfekt, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gemütliche Dachterrasse zum verweilen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
