「First 2 rooms we were assigned had not been cleaned. 3rd room smelled musty. Housekeeping was poor. Ice machine and Pool both non operational. Bathroom towels were small and in bad shape. No coffee ready in the AM. Breakfast was so-so. Front desk lady was frustrated- looked like she was the only one keeping the place together.」

「The hot water pressure was very low making taking a shower unenjoyable. The wardrobe door would not slide open. Otherwise it was okay.」

「Las habitaciones están siendo renovadas y por tanto, están bastante bien. Hay toallas para la piscina, lo cual es de agradecer, aunque nosotras teníamos las nuestras. El desayuno bien. Un poco de todo. El recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in muy agradable. En resumen, todo bien a pesar de los obreros que iban y venían. He de decir que eran bastante silenciosos.」

「We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel) We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room. The girl at the front desk said that the towels were probably still in the dryer and I guess they didn’t make it to the room. No apology, just that...

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」

「If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.」
