「Staff was polite and hotel was clean」

「Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. The overall experience did not match what I expected for the price. The cancellation policy is extremely restrictive, and I also had issues with being overcharged, which added unnecessary frustration to the stay. The cleanliness was another major concern.
