Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic.

Nice place

Very nice place for a family holiday. Very frendly personnel. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. If you want see around at the lake (which you should), you must have a car with you. Another reason for the car is that there are no restaurants near the place and it is not a walking distance to the village or to the beach.

Thank you for a wonderful week in your accommodation! We had a great time there with our 3-year old son Felix. I didn't expect too much before the arrival and definitely was surprised by the very obliging and friendly "welcome" - food was good, drinks too, and Felix had a great time at the playgrounds and in the different pools. The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. One dedicated for pool fun and kids and the other pool was meant for more of a relaxing quiet experience. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent for our family needs. We wanted to do a day trip to Venice and there was a nice clean and quiet train station just a 20 min drive away. It was only 90min train ride to Venice.

This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but within easy walking distance. The grounds are lush and green and very well cared for. They have a very good recycling scheme whereby all your rubbish has to be sorted and deposited into the correct collection bins that are provided at the main entrance to the site. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

We stayed with two little kids during spring holidays and the weather was great. The kids club is great and the activities are various and span the whole day, everyday. We particularly liked the Italian evening in the restaurant, the food was amazing and much cheaper than other excellent Italian restaurants in the region. We didn't try the breakfast but the croissant was fresh and delicious. The only thing that we think needs improvement is the cleanness - maybe adding a vacuum cleaner to the apartment and changing the towels and the sheets more frequently. Other than that everything was amazing, especially the team - both at the reception and the kids club.

Not worth the money

In the pictures, the place appears as newer, clean, nice and well-maintained, but what you get is old and dirty. I have a dust allergy and my allergy exploded during the stay. The breakfast was expensive. Most of the staff were nice, but one person in particular was arrogant and rude.

Privat och lyxigt! Vi avslutade vår italientripp med några nätter här! Allt var så smidigt! Parkering intill lägenheten, allt man kan önska sig i köket. Två pooler så man kan välja den ”vuxna” eller barnpoolen. Tillgång till tennis var ett trevligt inslag. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Restaurangen hade bra kvalitet för att vara en hotellrestaurang. Kändes tryggt att området var inhängnat! Gångavstånd till centrum och till havet!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche, haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht oder sind zum See gefahren. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Wir reisten mit 3 Familien an, daher konnten wir auch andere Unterkünfte sehen. Wir hatten uns eine teuere Villeta geholt (Eucalipto), damit alle abends bei uns und im Garten sein können. Die Einrichtung war spartanisch und abgewohnt (insbesondere Dusche und WC), und es war einfach nicht sauber. Besonders störend waren die unzähligen aggressiven Mücken aus dem angrenzenden Bach, weswegen wir den Garten nicht nutzen konnten (die Kinder waren mit Stichen übersäht). Angesichts der wirklich *sehr* viel schöneren Wohnungen (Casa Antico Casale ist im OG wirklich toll, Casa del Lago hat im OG einen Blick auf den See und kaum Mücken), die beide deutlich günstiger waren, war der hohe Preis komplett unangemessen. Die Kombination aus Mücken, dem abgewohnten Zustand und dem vergleichsweise extrem hohen Preis begründen auch die durchschnittliche Bewertung trotz unseres schönen Urlaubs. Jedem Gast empfehle ich die Unterkunft mit Wohnung sehr! Das Essen im Restaurant war eher durchschnittlich, besonders hervorzuheben waren die Pommes (bei den vielen holländischen Gästen klar), das Beef Tonnato, und das Tiramisu. Der italienische Abend war sehr nett. Pasta/Pizza würde ich eher extern essen. Die Kinderanimation war ok, Ponyreiten war ein Highlight. Es ist etwas schade, dass der Spielraum fast kein Spielzeug hat (etwas Ikea) und die Schiebetüren kaputt waren.

Il Gabbianossa oli erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvät palvelut, 2 uima-allasaluetta ja hyvä ravintola. Resort sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, silti kaupungin keskusta ja sen lukuisat ravintolat ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneisto oli modernisti sisustettu ja muuten kiva ja siisti, mutta huoneistossa oli aika voimakas tupakanhaju, joka tarttui kaikkiin vaatteisiin. Pääosa hotellivieraista oli lapsiperheitä ja tämä luonnollisesti näkyi uima-altaalla, pariskuntia oli meidän lisäksi vain muutama. Kohdetta voi siis suositella lapsiperheille (jos sattuu saamaan huoneiston joka ei haise tupakansavulle).
