This property was a unique experience of being surrounded by a Traditional Greek Village within a resort. I truly enjoyed my stay, the surroundings and the food was excellent . All sourced from the land around the property very good accommodations with excellent service and the orientation and greeting was exceptional.

This is an exquisite high quality hotel with excellent rooms and friendly staff. Facilities and activities amazing. We had a wonderfully relaxing time enjoying the swimming pool, wonderful views and first class dining.

Beautiful retreat

The hotel was lovely. A good alternative to staying in monemvasia. Beautiful grounds and views. Fabulous rooms but no power plugs near mirrors. Great food and had a wonderful private dining experience for my husbands birthday wonderfully organised by George in experiences

Outstanding.

Kinsterna Hotel is an exceptional establishment that I discovered last year, and I was so impressed that I immediately made a reservation for this year. This luxurious hotel offers a remarkable fine dining experience; the breakfast is incredibly abundant, and their restaurants are truly outstanding. They even cultivate all their vegetables on-site, which adds a unique touch to every meal. Each room boasts its own distinctive decor, and the views of the surrounding landscape are simply breathtaking. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel welcome throughout your stay. It’s no surprise that the hotel received two Michelin Keys this year. I cannot wait to return!

This hotel is a wonderful retreat. It’s very relaxing with beautiful scenery. Close enough to go explore or just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. The pools are beautiful, the gardens are wonderful. The landscaping is fabulous. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. It was amazing. But nothing compares to the breakfast each morning. I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was absolutely scrumptious. This is a wonderful hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Beautiful property but too many young children

Beautiful property and grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, and amazing food at all restaurants. However, for us this place was too family friendly. So many young children screaming and crying everywhere. We didn’t have a single meal from breakfast to dinner where children weren’t yelling and running around. Even the adult pool had children at it and staff didn’t enforce anything. If you’re a family with young children this place is perfect for you! But if you’re a couple or adult friend group, this place likely won’t be the relaxing place you likely have in mind.

Charming boutique hotel—cozy, stylish, and well kept. The staff are genuinely courteous and attentive, offering helpful tips and warm service throughout. Food is excellent (breakfast is a standout), making the on-site dining worth staying in for. Convenient location too: about 15 minutes from the center of Monemvasia, so you’re close to the action but in a quieter spot. Overall, great value for a relaxed, quality stay.

This is an amazing resort hotel which is a castle. Our room was pretty incredible with a sitting room and bedroom. Everyone who works there is really nice and there are many things to do including activities (for adults and kids), swimming pool, walking around, etc. And the food is really excellent and I would eat there versus in town.

This is an amazing hotel with splendid facilities, gardens, pools, activities and an elevated but a bit of a distant view of the sea. Very unique indeed, historical and a bit exotic even. You have to drive quite some time to get there but worth it. The staff are super friendly and helpful but sometimes the poolside service took more time. Great breakfast but we felt the dinner was a bit sub par compared to genuine Greek dishes we had at many small tabernas, but the hotels own taberna was great with excellent local music. We liked it a lot and even upgraded and extended our stay.

Kinsterna Hotel was the most beautiful property we stayed at during our trip to Greece. They have amazing amenities and wonderful pools, a fantastic breakfast and a helpful staff, and a great on site dinner. I suggest you call ahead to get directions up the mountain as Google maps may take you to a dirt road nearby fields, and you will need to turn around .

Beautiful hotel a few km outside Monemvassia. Lovely pool area. High quality rooms - really well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Note however that the hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from the nearest town - the last km up a narrow lane. Prices of food and drink on site are significantly higher than the local norm

The hotel is unique property set in a stunning location on the hillside, a little tricky to find, but it is a real oasis of calm and quality in a rural setting. There is a very relaxed vibe and it will be hard to single out anything but needed improving.

The staff, the location, the food - everything was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave! There’s no easy way to get to town if you don’t have a car so we just stayed on the property for our 2 day stay, which was just fine with us. We took a tour of the gardens/mansion and laid by the pool. We enjoyed their complementary breakfast both days and dined at Mouries. The other restaurants/tavernas were not open yet this early in the season. Be sure to check/book their activities we wanted to do the wine tasting but this had to be booked with 48 hrs notice.
