"Got a room on 5th floor, it looked recently done, very clean, very comfortable bed. Nice shower gel shampoo combo. Good breakfast. Coffee machine a bit slow, it would be great if they added an extra one. Good selection of foods, scrambled eggs and bacon and usual cold deli, bread rolls, bread to toast, pastries, yoghurts, fruit selection etc. Not far from a bus stop. Water dispenser in a corridor, jug and paper cups in room. Would have loved a kettle but didn't bother asking for 1 night."

"The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. Valentina, Enrico and Asia were truly wonderful.. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the lake was truly amazing from a great balcony.. Breakfast was perfect and the dining staff was as lovely and pleasant as everyone else we met.. We will definitely stay at Hotel Riviera again!!! Thank you everyone !! WE highly recommend this hotel!!"
