However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. But to honor the name, furniture in the rooms needs to be updated and better maintained, and staff at the restaurants should be better trained and have more experience (though Ariana was very nice and attentive). "We chose the hotel because of the lovely reviews and we weren’t disappointed. It was a short walk to Verona Porta Nuova (Train Station) and the historic town centre. That made it ideal for our days out to Lake Garda and Venice. Also lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel was very clean and the room service was great. Would highly recommend if visiting Verona."

From the hotel it’s 20-30 mins to the main square depending on how fast you walk or there is a bus from the station. The hotel staff were very helpful check-in was easy. The room is a nice size for a short stay clean with comfortable bed good shower and air con worked well. Breakfast was very nice good selection and the staff were very efficient. Will definitely use again"

We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."
