Front desk lady very helpful. I will suggest they get better pillows they were to flat you have to fold them .To give you some high and they only give one towel you need one available for your face and hands

It was a terrible experience. From check-in, the hostess had a bad attitude, the room was dirty, there were no towels, and she still got angry when I asked for them. Initially, I thought it was just me, but other guests told me the same thing, and the service was also terrible.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of work, rooms were dirty, beds sheets stained and found hair on them. We asked for clean ones and the maintenance guy just dropped them of. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience. Decided no to stay there after 5 min of being in the room.The beds had hair in them, the bathroom sink was clogged. The towels from the shower looked like rags to clean the floor.

Se fue la luz en el hotel, y nos quedamos afuera de la habitación sin poder entrar porque la llave no funcionaba y no podían darnos otra. El personal muy rudo insistía que no tenían una llave maestra para abrir, después de que varios huéspedes se presentaron con el mismo problema de la nada consiguieron llave maestra para abrir las habitaciones.

Tengo años llegando aquí, sin embargo ahora está descuidado, sillas sucias, lavabo tapado, no había jabón para manos , una araña grande en el baño, pocas toallas y ya gastadas, no había toalla de manos, el desayuno incluido muy comercial y frío , el techo en la entrada al lobby con daños más que visibles , el costo no fue el más económico y hay otras opciones a considerar por prácticamente el mismo costo, ya no sería mi primera opción en la cd
