「Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise mangelhaft: Stark verschmutzte Scheiben in den Aufgängen sowie lose Dielen auf der Pool- und Frühstücksterrasse stellen sogar eine Stolpergefahr dar. Der obere Pool war ruhig, aber unbeheizt. Der untere Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und wirkte dadurch wenig sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war gründlich, erfolgte jedoch sehr unregelmäßig....

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「The apartment were big and nice decorate. Parking was easy to find but we were in low season. The only thing I think is important to mention is that after confirming the booking, I received a request to pay via an external link. Although it turned out to be legitimate and safe, it did cause me a few days of stress as I wasn’t sure at first.
