「We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. 」

「The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast :( I booked 1 night at this property as I spent the whole day at the Mondorf Spa and wanted a place nearby to have a good night of sleep and a good breakfast in the morning before my departure. 「Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent.」

「A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous.
