I like the Rio but the Automation systems are terrible and I asked for Room service two days and that was not easy. Why do I have to chase down someone to clean the room when it should be in price. You try to get someone and you get AI. Use people

This hotel is so beautiful and almost doesn't feel like your in Vegas. The service is fantastic and the rooms are serene and tastefully decorated. My only disappointment was the dining options. VERY expensive for mediocre food.

Room was very nice and clean the front desk folks were very nice and friendly. Did have one issue with invalid charge for some drinks, but one phone call and they fixed it right away. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Really love this place, we will definitely be back. A little suprise that it was hard to get housekeeping. The food is so good, and was really suprised to ride in the Zoox!This place is the hub for it i think, it was cool, definitely ride in the Zoox.
