「Sehr schöne und blitzsaubere Wohnung 」

「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...

「I needed a one night’s stay near the Graz Airport. Finding Hotel Herberts was a perfect solution, quaint, comfortable, and inviting. I am just sad I had only one night there! I will definitely return!」

「We loved everything about this Gasthaus! We stayed in the Wald room (205) and it had to be the best room in the 14 room boutique as it was absolutely beautiful. From the forest theme to the luxurious linens to the carved live edge bathtub, it was like a dream. The food is fabulous, the staff are wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Very easy to walk to old town and public transit is just outside the door. We walked to the train 1 km away! Perfect stay.」
