「Room was spotless. It seems like a family business. The receptionist helped us A LOT! We couldn't find the hotel, and she met us someplace in town. She also helped up get bus tickets for the next morning. The ticket office was closing and she got them to stay open for an extra few minutes. So we didn't have to worry about getting up early to buy the tickets. Also she agreed to take a credit card so we could keep some of our cash. The sound of the river is loud, but can be toned down if you close...

「Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here.」

「The room was spacious and bright, very clean. The only downside is they didn't have a hairdryer available, not a big deal but would have been nice since the weather was cool.」
