Personnel compétent mais très discret... On a eu régulièrement du mal à obtenir un bonjour... Dommage ! Attention : le check-in s'effectue dans un autre hôtel à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un peu contraignant quand on est à pieds...」

「The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. 「Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!」
