「More than met our expectations! Good breakfast! The receptionist work extra hard to meet guest expectations. 」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」

「Found us a room in another hotel when they were full. Very kind and thoughtful of them. Most hotels would not have bothered with helping us.」

「The setting was wonderful, love the river walk right behind the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, too! We would have liked for the front desk person to share information about the surrounding area, things to do, etc. also, we were not made aware that the hot tub wasn’t working.」

「Friendly staff at check in. Clean room and overall common areas. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Only disappointment was that their hot tub was out of order, although they notified us if that prior to check in (by email). 」
