A glorified caravan - the pictures are misleading, since although they technically show the apartment, they were taken some time ago and make the proportions of the apartment look about 4 times their actual size. This is a very DIY option - beds have to be made yourself, nothing is provided, like salt, pepper, tea. If this is what you were expecting then I’m sure you’d be delighted, but I had been sucked in by the photos and so was very disappointed.

Die Wohnung ist im Grunde gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Balkon. Großes Manko ist das Schlafzimmer. Dieses ist sehr eng und das Bett für zwei Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Auch kann man das Fenster nicht während der Nacht kippen, da man es nur komplett öffnen kann. So hat jeder Nachbar direkt Zutritt zum Schlafzimmer, da es an der Haustürseite liegt.

La cocina muy completa, de lo mejor que he visto en este tipo de alojamiento. La casa estaba bien cuidada, pero un poco viejita. Se ve que el mantenimiento estaba bien hecho, aunque los muebles y electrodomésticos viejitos. Necesitan invertir. La limpieza mejorable.

L’environnement avec le golf est splendide, Trés Déçus par notre logement avec vue sur le parking alors que nous avions réservé la vue golf. Pas de machine Nespresso comme annoncé sur le site. Le reste du logement était bien ainsi que la literie. L’accueil est basique.

Appartement 4 personnes section Le Hameau. Plusieurs manque par rapport au descriptif : - pas de table basse devant le canapé, obligé de mettre une chaise pour poser un verre - pas de machine expresso - pas de filtres à thé/café réutilisables - pas assez de vaisselle, 4 bols, 4 verres et 4 verres à pieds, un peu plus d’assiettes plates, donc obligé de faire la vaisselle tous les jours car sinon le lave vaisselle n’est pas suffisamment rempli. Les WC sont un peu petit, si on ne se contorsionne pas, on se cogne la tête dans le mur. Salle de bain très petite et peu de place pour poser les affaires. Appartement un peu vieillot dans l’ensemble. Accueil et personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Extérieur très propres. Il manque des éclairages extérieurs surtout lorsqu’on revient de Moliets plage par les tennis.

Asco

Réservé un apartamento para 4 personas y al llegar estaba muy sucio y tenía solo sábanas para 3 personas. Como el apartamento estaba lejísimos de la recepción intenté llamar por teléfono pero a la 19:30 no había nadando. Una situación desesperante, tuve que limpiar toda la vajilla para no morirme de asco y utilizar mis toallas como sábanas porque no podía conseguir ninguna. No han dado una respuesta adecuada a mis quejas y una semana después de la estancia no han devuelto la fianza de 200€

Preciosa urbanizacion y entorno

La urbanización es muy bonita y grande, con paseos preciosos. Está muy cerca de la zona de la playa para ir andando o en bici. En la epoca de semana santa tiene muy buena relación calidad/precio. El lugar y los alrededores son muy apropiados para ir con niños.

Relacion calidad - precio muy buena.

Relacion calidad precio muy buena. Apartamento correcto y limpio. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. El recinto es enorme con mucha oferta de ocio. Se puede ir andando a la playa (15-20 min).

Lo que más me ha gustado es el ambiente tranquilo y buena comunicacion con playas y otras actividades. La descripcion de la habitacion corresponde con la realidad. No me ha gustado que en recepcion no hablen castellano, cuando indicaban que si lo hacian.Las partes comunes necesitan de mayor y mejor mantenimiento. La habitacion la encontramos limpia, correctamente, pero decian que a mitad de estancia ralizaban una limpieza y no fue nadie.

Séjour sympa en famille

Séjour 3 nuitées sympa en famille à Pierre et Vacances dans les Landes. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. C était notre vœu. Un petit rafraîchissant des lieux serait cependant bienvenu.

Aunque el edificio en si se esta quedando un poco viejito, la estancias están muy bien. todo muy limpio y nuevo. Unas bonitas vistas a la piscina y el campo degolf.
