「We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure.
