"This was a very nice room, clean and the whole hotel had great decor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was also fantastic with easy access to public transit and walkable to many restaurants. The only reason I am giving it four stars and not five is that there are a couple of odd things for a 4-star hotel. First of all, there is only an ice machine every other floor which was a bit tedious because the elevators take a while. Second, microwaves and refrigerators are available, but only by request. I find it strange that these items aren't just in every room to begin with but have to be delivered. It's worth noting that there aren't coffee machines in the rooms either, though complimentary coffee is offered in the lobby every day. Finally, housekeeping is also only by request and so you have to remember to tell the front desk you want housekeeping on the way out and what time you'll be back so that they can schedule it. Though, I came back well after my appointed time and my room still hadn't been serviced. None of these things were a very big deal, but if those amenities were just a given instead of by request, it would provide a better guest experience, in my opinion."

"Everything was great, me being that I’m wheelchair bound it was very important to me that the property was wheelchair friendly right from the parking lot to the room. I was very happy with my stay because I was able to wheel myself up the side walk and directly into the front entrance where I was greeted and booked in without any issues. It was also helpful that I reserved my room in advance so I didn’t have any issues with my stay. The room was wheelchair friendly I was surprised to see how open and spacious the bathroom was and how convenient it was for me to roll under the sink to wash my hands with ease. We helped ourselves to some amazing breakfast and dark brew coffee and went happily on our way back home."
