「The condo was a great place for my children and I to stay at during our vacation. The kitchen had the basic items we needed to be able to make meals in, which really helped with the expensive prices in Hawaii. It was nice to be able to sit out on the lanai and have coffee in the morning, or to sit and enjoy the sunset. 「detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property」

「Positives: Place was well equipped, neat and clean. Instructions for entry and exit were clear. Wi-Fi and TV worked well. Negatives: Decor is from the ‘80’s with builder (low) quality materials. Air conditioning only for bedroom.」

Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that. 」

「Dishes in the cupboards were dirty, The Bathroom needs desperate repair or attention. Shower curtain was starting to mold, mirror above sink was warping badly, Under the tub the support was soft and unstable. The manager of the property’s was out. they said She was in the hospital. No other person available to address issues.」

「This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management. Instead we were told that "the property only provides a starter kit." Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at...
