"Hotel staff was very sweet and amazing. Helpful room was very very clean, but bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were like hard flat rocks. Also the pool area was very loud and noisy hard to sleep."

"I was traveling for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at -- the staff is so accommodating, the breakfast bar is much better than most, good coffee, the rooms are new and have everything you need -- lots of outlets, full kitchen (in the suite that I stayed in), good location, etc. Very clean. They mop the floors frequently and surfaces. It also doesn't have that strong post-covid cleaning smell that so many of these other chains. Highly recommend. It's conveniently located to University of the Pacific and Lodi."

"The property and neighborhood were amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated quite well. The common areas inside and out felt much like home. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and concise. I would stay here again, for sure! "
