Great service
Really enjoyable hotel, staff were great. Only issue we had was we had a room above the restaurant and you could hear all the chairs being dragged around during meal times, quite annoying.

Good facilities, clean a little distance from shops etc. Do not like the fact that people take sun beds in prime locations and place towels on them to prevent others using. This is a selfish issue that hotels should monitor with a time limit. Not all day!

Delightful Hotel
Receptionist a pleasure. All staff were so friendly it was a treat. Really large bedroom with 2 full size doubles that were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the fabulous pools to the sea which is just across the road. Superb fish restaurant there. They are very happy just to serve you drinks. The food is delicious so well worth a visit. This is a family hotel for school holidays that has super things to keep the youngsters happy. Saying that we would definitely stay here again. The Buffet breakfast and dinner were fabulous. So much choice. something for everyone I’d say. This visit was sadly only 4 nights. It was €12 Taxi trip to the centre of Mojácar. Well worth a visit.

Lovely hotel. All staff were so helpful. Full of Spanish holiday makers who were having a great time! Beach opposite was huge and very clean. Bit far from main restaurants and bars of Mojacar but we drove so not a problem.

Bad to worse - not 5 star, more like 3 star
My partner and I travelled from England on the 26th July, booked a sea view room and we were placed in room 2085. Initial impressions were good. Very friendly staff and a modern reception area. Everything appeared good, a lovely view of the sea with a reasonably sized balcony. Large room and bathroom. I did notice the bathroom wasn't particularly that clean, white plastic toilet seat was a urine stained colour. In the evening I could hear everything the guests were saying in surrounding rooms. The furniture not being attached to the walls and like most hotels, they place two single beds in a double room. Any slight movement (turning position in bed) from the surrounding rooms is like an earth-quake (slightly exaggerating). No soft closing on any door, guests leaving early or arriving... be prepared to wake everyone up with nice slam of the door. These premium sea view rooms have a children's park directly in front and is used at all hours even at 11:30pm one night. Walls being made from paper, this noise adds to your frustration. I politely asked the reception to change my room, they placed me directly above at 3085, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, this room suffered the EXACT same issues (including toilet seat issue). I left some litter on the side, the cleaner didn't take it. Next day, I placed rubbish (more) in a bag - same result. When they changed the bed sheets, sand or debris still remained. I won't be staying here again.

Dated decor and when it rained, much of the hotel leaked with water in corridors and in some rooms. Flakey paintwork and aircon heating not very efficient. Atleast the food hall had microwaves which were much needed over our three week stay. In need of a revamp before the summer to truly be 4Star ?

The staff are friendly and the hotel is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the photos on the hotels.com website were a misrepresentation of the dated and dreary condition and atmosphere of this property. Unfortunately the corridors are dark and much of the hotel is reminiscent of the 90's era. I paid for full board accommodation and regretted it the moment we saw the dinner buffet. It tasted as bad as it looked and the quality of substandard dishes and ingredients was evident. Be aware that some of the facilities pictured on the website are not included in the rate, and so activity options are limited when there's not much else to do in Mojarcar in the winter months.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for 4yrs but this time around it was disappointing. Granted we use to only use it for sleeping and didn’t take the time out to watch any of the entertainment at the hotel or use the restaurant. But travelling with two teenagers we tried it one day she night, Never again. Firstly they turned the heating on in the rooms which was extremely hot when we asked at reception we were encountered by rude member of staff who was unhelpful. We asked for a fan for the two rooms we booked and all he could say was no then walked away. I then had to call him back and say why he replied no again so I requested for the manager. He reluctantly went to the back came back 5min later said nothing to us and left me asking where is the manager. A lady they came from the back telling me it’s winter so all heating are on so I proceeded to say it’s 27 degrees outside and we are hot in the night so could we have a fan we are travelling with kids she gave me the same answer as the other guy then said I’ll check with the manager and let you know. Needless to say no one came back to us. In the meantime as I stood there they handed a fan to a Spanish family while I stood and watch I questioned that and was told they requested it. So I said well I am also requesting it she would pay if I had to. Once again I was ignored. The impression I am getting here is either they are racist or only serve Spanish with kindness. All in all a terrible service.

lovely trip to Mojacar. Room was big, comfy bed, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast had a good choice, the hot food was a bit cold, very busy hotel and sometimes noisy in the lounge/bar area due to the games machines. Overall enjoyable stay. Good value for money

An enjoyable short stay at this hotel. The only real downside was probably the attitude of several of the staff. Dining room staff and drinks waiters in the bar were surly at times. Desk staff barley civil. No smiles except from the room staff.

Great hotel across the road from the beach. Hotel great appearance but, food that would otherwise be great, was cold!! Rubbish breakfast, even when I watched for the fresh stuff coming out, and I was first to get to it, some of it was still luke warm! I don’t know why, it must cost them more for us to then go get a second plate of something else, than to just serve us hot stuff in the first place. Best advice, just go to the chef at the back and get him to cook there dish in front of you. Only other concern was staff looked cheesed off, probably worn out doing the same old routine.

Fantastic food and service , but English speaking people exempt from entertainment only Spanish spoken. Due to this and the position of the hotel the evenings were boring, tried to catch bus in the evening but it didn’t stop..

Hotel room and general hotel was good nice and clean a little dated but ok parking was stupidly expensive @ 10euro per day and no option to pay daily only full time of your stay or not at all, drinks overpriced they where over double in the hotel to outside even the water was over 3 euros for 1.5lt bottle and if you brought your own into the hotel / restaurant you was asked to remove it not good at all, food options were amazing not to much for the kids tho, also this hotel is mainly Spanish very little English the entertainment in the evening was fun for kids all spoken in Spanish so a little hard to work out what’s going ok but the kids had fun the pools are amazing and lots going on all day overall we had a good stay but don't think I would go back.

There are not sufficient facilities for the numbers of guests. Consequently, prepare to queue for all meals, sun beds, bar service, reception, insufficient parking. Definitely set up for families, so not good if you want a relaxing break. Restaurant is particularly chaotic. Good choice of plentiful food and rooms reasonable.

The hotel is just across the road from the Beach. There was no air conditioning when we stayed, which wasn't too much pf a problem. Our toilet seat was loose but was fixed the next day after we reported it. There was one day when our room was not cleaned and we did not have fresh towels. New towels were sent to our room when we told reception.

Time away to relax
We often stay here as a good value break. It was a bit too busy with young people on group cycling holiday this time so restaurant rather overwhelmed by them and rather noisy. Usually out of season nice and quiet. We go to recover from hard work. Indoor pool always very pleasant. Busier than usual. Selection of salads and cooked to order kitchen very good for the bsrgain price. Sea view rooms are worth the extra but bathrooms and bedrooms ready for upgrading.
