Lovely new bar area!
Just a 2 night break to meet with friends for the Moors & Christians festival. Hotel recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean room with sea view balcony. Lovely spacious, modern dining room and excellent choice of food. Friendly attentive staff. Super new well equipped bar area, inside with air conditioning and outside seating with access to pool area and gardens. A massive improvement. Will definitely stay again.

Great location free road parking beach very close
3rd stay at the hotel. There has been an uplift very clean. Checking in and all staff excellent. Food good and dining room very clean and well spread out. My only disappointment was at dinner not able to see a paper drink available and cost. I tried to scan etc. but no internet. Perhaps a few old style menu would be appreciated.

Pretty good but not best location
Very nice hotel. Not many restaurants or bars nearby. Service was good, although the maid only partly cleaned our room ( didn't replace dirty cups or replanish coffee and milk)

We enjoyed the three days at the hotel where we met up with our friends from UK. Overall, the experience was good with two exceptions. 1. The food was not consistently good, with a lot of the selections being cold. At breakfast, the fried eggs should be freshly cooked, as they do not stay freshly cooked when left under a heater. 2. There was only one bar available, which was around the pool area, and was very loud at times. There is no inside bar open, despite the fact that there is one available.

Está muy bien el hotel, un poco viejo y lo pintarla nuevamente para mantenerlo más bonito, no había mucha limpieza debajo de las camas y la bocina de los animadores siempre estaba muy alta. Todo lo demás bien.

Didnt like cardboard cup in room for tea and coffee making which wasnt even replaced once. Entertainment was poor in the evening. Did like the size of the superior room we booked was also very quiet during the night.

Chose hotel for entertainment very poor.whilst food was ok not much choice of main course.specuality cooking chicken thighs burgers or sausages.no indoor bar outside only.it was cold and windy in wvening drinks served in plastic glasses whuch kept blowing away.

The hotel is fine for a few days. It is in a reasonable location and the rooms are comfortable. Wifi in the rooms is poor and the hotel regularly likes to play very loud music until after midnight which makes it impossible to sleep until they have finished.

We loved our room as the balcony overlooked the garden and the beach. We only booked bed and breakfast and boy were we pleased as the food was awful. Fortunately there are good places to eat within walking distance. Would we stay again yes but probably on a room basis.

the hot water came out dirty - merky (bubbly bath left sand dirt when left to drain ) noticable when sink or bath filled may been due to building work on hotel 50 yards to side or more likely rusty hotwater system OVERALL CHEAP N CHEARFULL

Great Hotel
Best Indalo is a great hotel set in very nice grounds. It is close to bars and restaurants. The staff were always polite and very helpful and we will definitely be returning next year.

A fabuluous hotel with idealic views
For a chilled, relaxed break, this is the place for you. We had a top 9th floor room with balcony, overlooking the sea and the hotel pool area. With the fab Mojacar weather as well, we didnt want to come home. The hotel was friendly and the restaurant was well run with good food. Just to say the evening entertainment was outside and rather loud, but finished by 11.30 pm

Good value hotel
Great value hotel. Located at the very end of the beach area, but near several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful- and spoke English! The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was not working, but when we reported it staff came within 30 minutes to fix it- so excellent service! Only downside was WiFi signal was poor in the room (top floor). Would definitely stay there again.

Great beachfront location in Mojacar.
Great location within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants and literally across one road to the beach. Nice pool and gardens. Buffet breakfast plentiful and varied but hot food not very appetising! Bar area and lounge spacious.

Hygiene was a joke!
Stopped eating at restaurant (?canteen) after third day due to hygiene. As a chef, if you drop a piece of meat on the floor, you pick it up, bin it and replace your gloves. You don't throw it on the griddle, cook it and serve it!!! Never seen so many flies in my life (second floor restaurant); even one of the servers spent half the evening wafting them away (or rather around). Oh and they also provide microwaves in both restaurants so you can warm up your cold chicken, pasta, beef, rice, fries, you name it - Don't ask!!!!! Rooms were clean though!

Shouldn't be classed as 4 star
The hotel has 4 star rating but it is way below 4 star. Staff is very nice and they do very good job to make your stay feel great however this can not make up for the fact that the hotel building is old, delapidated and needs renovation. When you walk across the hotel corridors on the floors it feels like you are in some factory or car park. The aircon in rooms is positioned in wrong place - in the corner of the room which doesn't help to cool the room down evenly. This is very annoying in 40 or above degrees heat. Housekeeping staff only works until early afternoon so if you leave your room later it won't be cleaned. One time also they left the new, white bathroom towel on dirty suitcase. The safe in the room is very old and you need to borrow the key from the reception to use it - you need to pay €5 deposit for it - returned upon checkout. Same with the beach towels - the deposit is €10 each. The parking is also very expensive - while it should just be free since it belongs to the hotel. One nice thing that happened (but again this is attributed to the hard working, helpful staff) - on my birthday which happened when I was in the hotel - they left bottle of champagne and 2 slices of cake in the room. However I don't know if this was because I complained a bit already or they genuinely spotted my date of birth in the passport. Generally the hotel is overpriced. If it was cheaper and not advertised as 4 star it would be more honest towards customers.

Comfortable hotel for sunny break
We've been to Mojacar previously and wanted to stay somewhere B&B to enjoy the restaurants in the evenings. Best Indalo Hotel was great for this, although slightly out of the way from the main restaurants it meant we walked off some of the calories! Comfortable and clean room, and a good selection for breakfast (although cooked items could have been hotter!). Mini fridge in the room was great for chilling water and some beers / sangria!

The hotel was a little bit dated and it's not a 4* standard but overall the place was clean and has the most amazing view over looking the beach. The bad thing about it was the fact that, there really wasn't much entertainment it was all hosted by the same girl that looks after the little kids and all in Spanish. If you plan to go to bed between 9-10 forget it because the music downstairs was loud and didn't stop until about 11.30 our first day there after having been up since 2am to get our flight there we couldn't get any sleep and they didn't tell us how late it went on for. The information board said 10pm but it went on until close to midnight. Apart from all that you can go for a lovely walk by the beach and catch the sunrise or sundown. If I was to stay there again I'll make sure my room dies not face the pool area because that is where they do all the entertainments day and night. However all rooms are seaview

One lift was out of action, so had a long way to walk to room and back. Used their car park for 6 euros a day which was at the back and up a hill! No where to unload luggage as entrance was closed off. We were exhausted. Room was ok.

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus zum Strand. Kleinkinder essen gratis im Hotel und Erwachsene zahlen 15Euro p/p. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und es hat für Alle etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind Zeitgemäss eingerichtet und sauber. Ich kann dieses Hotel vor allem für Familien empfehlen, da es einen Poolbereich für die kleinen gibt und der Strand auch gleich nebenan ist.

Mala limpieza, buen hotel por lo demás
Muy buena ubicación. Buen trato y buen buffet. Todo correcto y agradable, salvo la limpieza. Varios dias no nos hicieron la habitación y las veces que la hicieron tan sólo mal hicieron la cama , dejaron toallas y barrer eñ suelo, pero nada de limpiar baño ni nada más. La higiene es para mi algo importante y rn un hotel de 4 estrellas, que en 6 dias 2 no te hagan ni la cama...deja mucho qje desear

Siendo nuestra tercera estancia en este hotel, en los últimos 12 años, resaltar que la reforma que ha sufrido el hotel está muy bien, la cafetería dando a las dos piscinas, y lo bonito que ha quedado el restaurante invita a hospedarse más veces. En general todo muy bien, pero quizás respecto a las otras estancias, hemos visto menos variedad y cantidad de animaciones, y con un horario más reducido. También nos llamó la atención que a las 12 de la noche actuaciones, y cafetería cerraran. Antes de la pandemia tanto las actividades en el escenario empezaban al terminar el horario de la cena, y se alargaba más el horario, lo que en verano, invita a quedarse más tiempo disfrutando de una copa. Pero en general todo muy bien.
