"Location was ideal 10/10 . Everything was local. Shops restaurants museums and easy access transport but cheaper to use Uber. You wait for a message to get code to access main door and room door. Rooms were very clean. Everything was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom with extra loo roll and towels. Except the sofa bed was not very comfortable after a long day of walking. Communication was easy as you can communicate by WhatsApp for any issues."

"The noise was well dampened by the windows but being right in the middle of the action is going to invite more noise than a mountain lodge. The decor is over the top just like you want. The bar downstairs had good action and decently priced drinks. The restaurant choice is excellent, the market is great for lunch and sangria. Bus & trains station are a short walk."

"Property is in a good location but only in fair condition. Both showers had clogged drainage and were leaking water to the floor. City tax charges were inconsistent with booking confirmation. They only accepted cash upon check-in, which was not informed in advance and hence caused a lot of inconvenience."
