Appalling

Bed sheets were damaged. Pillows uncomfortable and poor quality. Sofa bed has 3 damaged slats. Garden could have done with having been mowed. Tree house seating area was very dirty. One broken step on way in. Nothing like the pictures. Toilet was noisy and had to be turned by a switch to turn off the flush. Whats most upsetting is the owner could not be botherd to help me when i messaged after our stay , practically begging for them to send my amazon fire stick i left in the tv. Was just told other people were in there. Well i was a customer so why dont you try get it for me ? Why not tell me when the occupants leave ? Stopped communicating witn me and she ignored hotels.com calls and emails. You're an absolute disgrace. Ignored all my efforts to get my device back too. Awful. Never coming back. The place was dirty and bog standard. Dont stay here , she doesnt deserve a penny.

Sejour agreable,tres beau domaine bien situé Peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine,TV ne fonctionne pas sur la 2 et la 3 Arrivée et départ en totale autonomie,pas de reception contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site hotel.com. Pas de communication directe avec la propriétaire,sms seulement.

Cadre superbe! Emplacement idéal a la campagne et proche Melun donc facile d’accès ! Accueil agréable (et système d’arrivee en autonomie ok) Quelques manques a l’arrivée mais rapidement réglés!

Avis favorable mais manque de contact présentiel.

Le séjour se passe très bien, suite très propre, facile d'accès, confortable mais la montée des escaliers pour se rendre à la mezzanine est périlleuse pour des personnes d'un certain âge. Un seul bémol: aucune présence physique d'une personne si ce n'est un contact par SMS, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.

Une indépendance de couchage réellement prévue pour 4 personnes.

Grâce à un futon, le confort et l'indépendance de couchage sont réellement prévus pour le nombre de personnes affiché sur la capacité d'accueil. C'est suffisamment rare pour mériter d'être souligné. Déco shaby chic de bon goût. Beaux volumes. Un ou deux bémols : un voile à la fenêtre des toilettes serait apprécié. Revoir aussi le battant de fenêtre en bois de la chambre. Le bois a dû travailler. Impossible d'ouvrir pour aérer. Emplacement idéal sinon. Logis situé exactement entre les attractions du château de Vaux le vicomte et du château fort de Blandy les Tours (nous avons découvert trop tard qu'il était même accessible à pied par une petite route de campagne au bout de la rue où se situe le gîte). Emplacement parfait donc pour un court séjour si on veut limiter ses déplacements.

We loved that it’s a family owned unique place rather than a chain hotel. It has a lot of charm inside but also beautiful grounds outside. Owners are quick to answer any need we had. We would definitively stay there again or recommend this place.

It is not a hotel but 5 big rooms put togheter so no front desk no house keeping,etc. No heating unless temperature drops below 22c. Stayed two nights had broken internet only the first 12 hours; after that, completely gone. Got a housewife living next door for a "manager" "carrying out"her job amid screams of her children demanding her attention.She does not speaks English unless she needs info on Cancun.Completely ignorant about anything.Site is close to my destination but otherwise you need (gas, food) is 15 minutes away if you have an excellent GPS
