Fermeture de l’accueil à 20h, personne pour nous recevoir après cet horaire ! J’ai tenté d’appeler dans la journée personne ne répond au téléphone ! Et j’attends toujours que le service relogement me rappelle pour m’indiquer un autre hotel!

Réservation facile, petit-déjeuner bien et accueil parfait.. quel dommage que notre chambre n’ait pas été au niveau: draps et douche propres contrairement au reste de la chambre qui n’avait pas vu d’aspirateur ou de balai certainement depuis des mois!!!’

Assez satisfait des prestations pour le prix payé

Séjour du jeudi au samedi. J'ai surtout été gêné par le fait de ne pas trouver de quoi m'asseoir pour utiliser le bureau. Juste avant d'aller à la réception pour le signaler, je me suis rendu compte qu'un tabouret était présent… sous le bureau contre le mur… La porte d'entrée était mal insonorisée. Le volet était difficile à ouvrir. Les seuls éclairages présents étaient en tête de lit, au bureau et dans la salle de douche-WC (pas d'éclairage en milieu de chambre, donc). Hormis cela, pas de problème (selon moi) constaté. La salle de douche-WC était petite. L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'un axe routier à voies séparées important et au milieu d'une zone d'activités qui ne produit pas de nuisance sonore nocturne (de ce que j'ai pu constater). Le bruit de la circulation ne m'a pas gêné pour dormir en raison de mon état de fatigue mais risque d'être problématique pour d'autres. J'aurais apprécié pouvoir utiliser un réseau informatique plus sécurisé afin de pouvoir accéder à Internet (il m'a fallu utilisé un réseau en Wi-Fi sans même un mot de passe). L'accueil était très bien avec des horaires d'ouverture larges. La possibilité de stationner un véhicule juste à côté des chambres était appréciable. Un autre hôtel de prestations similaire à proximité peut proposer des tarifs plus intéressants (avec moins de présence physique pour l'accueil. Je n'ai pas utilisé le service de restauration (car a priori sans alimentation biologique ou naturelle).
