「Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. The third non l-bunk bed was too small for 2 people so I slept on the pull out mattress at a lower level than my partner. The office is quite a long uphill walk from the main 」

「The room is not clean. We found some hair in our bed sheet. Far from city center. Although it's near Alhambra palace. But you still have to take bus to there. Breakfast is cheap and simple.」

「Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...

「Hotel staff were extremely helpful. We arrived just before sunset - the sat nav got us there perfectly and there was free parking. Would suggest getting there before sunset there are windy roads and to enjoy the lovely view. Come well equipped as this is off the beaten path.」

「Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms.」

「The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and brand new. AC and fans are great. Showers and toiletries are great. However, it is a pity that the room reeked of sewage smells that made it hard to...
