"When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. "A comfortable and newly updated hotel. The owner was personable and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant holiday. They have an excellent breakfast that you shouldn’t skip. It was a fairly easy walk to the Market Square as well as all of the historic sights of Meißen. Also close to the train station for a day trip to Dresden and the Schloss Wackerbarth winery. "
