The website says that there is a courtesy bus, but when we enquired about it at check in, they said that they didn’t have one. This needs to be removed from the website as it was the reason why we chose this accommodation.

Lovely apartment everything you need from washing machine to dish washer and everything between, home from home. Only slight draw back for two bedroom apartment was the stairs to climb up. Car parking under cover downstairs. Clean tidy and a fantastic stay.
Good size room with big bathroom. Bed was new but not the most comfortable, and the aircon was stuck on freezing. Would have been nice to have a washing machine on site - the laundry there was just two big sinks.

Some people prefer firm mattress, others prefer soft. It's just physically impossible to put 2 or 3 different kinds of mattresses in the same room. If our reception would have been notified of the issue, could have offered you an alternative. For instance, a mattress topper.With the Air-Conditioning, every room on the property has one with a remote control, it gives you the access to control the settings you like.With the Laundry, you may have missed the news, but Echuca/Moama was recently hit with floods, and we lost our guest Laundry.We are in a process of cleaning up and getting a new laundry. Again, we would say, if our reception would have been notified of the issue, could have offered you an alternative. It's just that easy.We hope, all the issues will be dealt with before your next visit and we are trying to improve our services in the near Future.Thanks for staying with us!Regards
Didn't like not having hot water. Ran the hot tap for approx 10 minutes and it continued to run cold ! I advised the receptionist and he said he would have it investigated.
Another person in our group also had the same problem but he let the hot tap run for a much longer period and finally got hot water!

Great rooms for a getaway, Owners were friendly and very helpful and were on hand with information and assistance when an outside power issue occurred during the stay.
