Dear GuestThanks for your Feedback!With the bed, as you mentioned it was new but not the most comfortable, everyone has their own level of comfort. Some people prefer firm mattress, others prefer soft. It's just physically impossible to put 2 or 3 different kinds of mattresses in the same room. If our reception would have been notified of the issue, could have offered you an alternative. For instance, a mattress topper.With the Air-Conditioning, every room on the property has one with a remote control, it gives you the access to control the settings you like.With the Laundry, you may have missed the news, but Echuca/Moama was recently hit with floods, and we lost our guest Laundry.We are in a process of cleaning up and getting a new laundry. Again, we would say, if our reception would have been notified of the issue, could have offered you an alternative. It's just that easy.We hope, all the issues will be dealt with before your next visit and we are trying to improve our services in the near Future.Thanks for staying with us!Regards
