"The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel "

"The view is gorgeous and very relaxing to sit on our room patio. The bed linens were fantastic! Very clean hotel and all staff were friendly. The pools are great however we watched a few guests slip and fall due to pool water on stone decking around the pool. Very slippery. Breakfast was superb; dinner buffet was ok"

"We loved our stay this past July. We took advantage of the morning breakfast buffet and enjoyed dining at Taj Mahal. The hotel is not very close to the Old City the way there is walkable and the views during the walk are very pleasant. The hotel amenities were very nice and so were the front desk. They were very helpful when we needed to store our luggage on our check-out day. We were happy to see the hotel rooms had a mini fridge and comfortable beds. "

"Outstanding service and dining in the Momenti restaurant. Staff very friendly & attentive. Terrace and pool areas were so relaxing and again great drinks service. Love the stunning view of the Adriatic and gorgeous sunsets. Coastal path just to the side of hotel, a lovely walk in the morning. Room & bed on V-Level were enormous with lots of storage & again stunning view. We will be back. "

"The property was located in an excellent area and bus no.6 is cross the street to take you to old town. The bus tickets could be purchased in the hotel and it was really easy and convenient to access the old town without a car. The dining options are excellent, breakfast was included and had excellent choices and options. Really impressed with the whole experience at Valamar Lacroma Hotel. We also had access to the beach in the sister hotel President and the service and staff was excellent throughout the property. Highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10 ratings."
