"繁華街より少し離れていますが、車があればなんの問題もありませんでした。近くに徒歩で行けるお店も何軒かあり、有名なお店もありました。今回は初めての宮古島だったのでヴィラの周りはあまりゆっくり散歩できませんでしたが、ヴィラ自体も綺麗で、周りも静かで、さとうきび畑や、とてつもなく綺麗な夕陽、風力発電のブレードが回っているのが見えて、とても美しかったです。大人2人子供3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドも充分でした。また機会があれば利用したいです。ありがとうございました。"

"一軒家でとてもキレイで可愛いお家でした。近くにあるチェックイン場所の一帯にレストランやブルーシールアイスがあり、夕食と朝食どちらもそのレストランで頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです。海に近いのでビーチに歩いて行けそうでしたが、別にアクティビティを予約していたので行けませんでした。お部屋の中はとても清潔感があってキレイなのですが、アリ🐜さんがたくさんいました。幸い巨大な虫には遭遇しませんでしたが、殺虫剤も完備してあり、対策はできているかと。お風呂が上下２つあり、洗濯機も2台あり、大人数で泊まれます。洗濯機はありがたかったのですが、乾燥機能は付いてなかったので、その点がマイナス。乾燥まで一気に出来て荷物をすぐに詰め込めるのが旅行者の希望なので、せめて扇風機でもあれば、翌朝には乾いていたかも。コスパは今回宮古島での宿泊施設の中で1番なので、連泊するのがオススメかも。"

"Disappointing in the extreme. Noisy dirty construction works right in front of the hotel, audible throughout the interior of the hotel. Filthy stained floors, damaged paintwork, stained upholstery to chairs, and my dark little room was approximately the size and shape of a coffin, overlooking an unlovely harbour, not a beach as expected"

"高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先でスタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。二度と行かないと思います。 "
