"Not very well isolated and due to the location at a main traffic road very noisy. Even though I already paid via Expedia, they forced me to pay, and it took 2,5 weeks to get my money back. They kept the money, for the breakfast that I did not eat. Will definitely stay away from this hotel."

Staff were delightful and very helpful. Good off road parking under the hotel. Only 5 mins walk away No5 tram goes into centre of Heidelberg (€3.40). Would stay here again if in the area."
