"This establishment has just opened in the town of Ugo. It is an exceptional, well-maintained place with an incredible team! Reno is an extraordinary host who took the time to explain every dish we ate... the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The region is fascinating—little-known but rich in culture! Don't hesitate to discover this hotel!"

"We loved the small village feel of Yokote. The Hotel Plaza Annex provided modern amenities, but had an old world charm. The onsen baths on the first and second floor were beautiful and relaxing. We also had an open air wooden hot springs bath in our room, which was very luxurious. Our room was a suite with two beds in one room and a sitting area in the other room. It was very spacious. We ordered dinner and breakfast service for two days. All four kaiseiki meals were delicious and...
