"We stayed here due our provincial baseball tournament. Unfortunately the person at the front desk wasn’t that friendly at check in. The elevator was not working most of the time and the staff blaming kids who used the elevator. We were on floor 3, ice machine was not working. Had to go to main level, and encourage not to use the elevator. As well the juice machine was not working during breakfast and the food especially egg with a not melted cheese string in the middle. "Thought the overall value was quite low for the cost. $250 per night was quite high for the room we got. It feels as though the rates were increased because a baseball tournament was in town. Staff was nice."
