It was a room and a bed; hotel severely dated and stale smelling. The term stale is being nice

The bathroom, towels, and bedding were clean but the carpet was stained. Many pheasant hunters were staying at the motel so the carpets and stairs in the hallways had lots of dried mud. The breakfast was only so so with the basics of dehydrated eggs, sausage links, cereal, apples, waffles, and yogurt. For the price it was reasonable.

Our room had mold in the air conditioners as well as on the wall. I reported this thinking the front desk person would move us but he only sprayed something and we were left to stay there. 😔 NEVER AGAIN

This hotel is old. The carpet in and out of the room was filthy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The motor made an arcing noise because it couldn't turn. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I've stayed in several Super 8 motels and I typically rate them as good. This definitely was the worst one.

The inside of the room was very clean and quiet. I slept great as well. The outside looks a little rough but I am glad they are putting the money into the interior. Manager was also very helpful and nice at checkin.

The room was OK - hallways were filthy. Our TV did not work - tried to call the desk for help and the phone didn't work either. The desk clerk did come and get the TV working but did nothing about the phone.

When we told the staff how bad the flys were in the room on the window and light above the window they offered us a fly swatter. I would kill tons of flys and then 15 min later there would be more! I wish I could post a video of how bad the flies were but think about Amityville horror!
