I always stay here when I come back to Mitchell, but this time it was not so hot. Breakfast is awful. NO effort in it at all. Room was clean but bathroom was freezing and heater in room kept turning off. Around the pool was neglected. Day time attendant wanted to hold an ID from my kids to play putt putt golf. This is, after they had my credit card on file for incidentals. Very few employess (I get that no one wants to work) THe gentleman that checked us in was VERY nice and very professional even when stating he was working alone. HOWEVER the next day the attendant at desk with a walker was very short and was very rude to another empolyee. THey proceeded to stand and fight infront of me and other customers about a broken pop machine. Not cool. The first hot tub was cold and the second was very dirty. I was very dissapointed in our stay and will think twice about staying here again.

The room itself was very tired, needs to be redone, especially he bathroom although everything worked. The heater was very loud cycling n and off. On the lus side the bed and pillows were supportive and comfortable. The sign looks like it is on its last legs

One star may be stretching it

Not impressed, very dirty and unkept. First time in my life I felt dirtier after I took a shower than when I went in. Honesty would not stay here again even if it were free.

We enjoyed are stay for a wedding there. Very clean nice bed. Don't plan on having a breakfast or a good cup of coffee. That is my only complaint.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Everything from check in to check out was bad. Drove right by the place becuase it was completely dark, sign doesnt work and parking lots all dark. Felt very unsafe trying to get to our room as we had to enter in the back of the building in the dark. No restaurant or hot breakfast provided. Grab and go was a frozen honey bun, bottle of water, orange and english muffin. Big gaps under room doors so very noisy. Carpet was disgusting. Kept shoes on entire time. Beds are lumpy and make lots of noise. We requested our room to be cleaned and was told it would be. Returned at 8pm to a dirty room and no towels. No one wore name tags so have no idea who helped us. Hot tub and pool area was very dirty. Front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful when we called down to let her know our room wasnt cleaned. Will never stay here again.

The room was clean. Staff was polite. Price point was good. Property needs some updates for certain. Remote for TV worked for channel changing but not to turn TV on and off or for volume. Restaurant/bar was closed and that was the main reason I chose this location is for convenient dinner and a couple drinks. No phone in room, which did not impact me, but others might care to know. Very mediocre establishment, but you have a clean place to lay your head and the staff is top notch.

The bar was closed. The place was hard to find! The signs were not up, so it looked like the place was out of business. We drove past it twice and then finally took a chance, but I thought the place was closed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a grab and go bag due to covid. Overall not a great place to stay, but nothing terribly wrong either. It had an arcade for kids and the pool looked nice, but I got in late and didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The parking lot area was huge, but not many cars. I hope they get their signs fixed and the place cleaned up a bit and it will be a great hotel again.

Bathroom was dirty, tiles not caulked, hallway reeked of chlorine. Staff at reception desk was rude, warned me in a bad tone that if I broke anything, stole anything, smoked in the room I would be charged. I will never book a Ramada again.

When we arrived, the sign for the facility was missing and the facility is not well lit or marked, we drove past twice before we realized it was the right place. There were 2ppl at the desk, one doing nothing and the other was arguing with a patron on the phone, the clerk doing nothing had us wait for the other guy to check us in after he was done arguing, putting him in an off mood checking us in. The room was clean and updated, although there was a random door that locked from the outside.
