Probably it was a nice hotel. Lobby is inviting and staff is friendly. I didn’t remember correctly and I asked them to changed our king room to a 2 queen room. I could use a swimming pool and a tub. There were no kids tonight but light was dim and hot tub didn’t have much water power massage effect. But I could relaxed a little bit.

The alarms went off. Then shut off again twice. The beds were not good. I woke up with a sore and stiff neck and shoulder. I keeped waking up through out the night. I will never stay here again!!!!!!!!

Aside from a broken handle/ lock on the bathroom door, the room was good. The beds were comfortable, compared to those in other hotels we’ve stayed in on our vacation. While the facility was older, it was clean and comfortable. Like most hotels, the one variable they can’t control is clientele. The fear of travelers, especially on weekends, has become young sports teams accompanied by parents who make no effort to supervise and control their behavior. Unsupervised brats and partying parents made an otherwise pleasant stay a miserable experience.

Odd rooms with two entry/exit doors. One to the outside/parking lot and the other to the hallway of hotel. Leaky refrigerator caused the floor to be wet.

the beds were uncomfortable, the little refrigerator didn't really cool anything and we discovered that the next morning. The air conditioner barely worked, we were hot all night. there were picture hangers on the wall above the beds but no pictures, The bathroom was badly in need of an upgrade

I don’t think I’d stay here again, tired property with tired staff. Didn’t seem like management was focused on the guest experience: All 3 ice machines broken. No signs so I asked the desk clerk. Since she said she sometimes has ice behind the desk but not tonight, it sounded like no ice for quite awhile. Unclear when it would be back All 1st floor stair doors propped open permanently, though clearly marked “Fire door, keep closed” Exercise room had one bike and it was completely useless. One pedal was broken. Airdyne normally has adjustable seat - I totally get where the adjustment part could be messed up by guests, but the solution was to permanently bolt it at 10-year old height. Stepper and treadmill worked ok but I can’t use those due to bad joints - I picked this place for the bike in the pic online So two listed amenities not available The breakfast was not good. Old hard scrambled eggs among the usual low end Continental fare. Comfort Inn much better just by offering fruit and hard boiled eggs. Plus old school white styrofoam cups, yummy to know that peer reviewed work shows we ingest 2-3% of that styrofoam when we put a hot drink in it. Rooms provided more typical coffee cups (but no lids in rooms) At check in, we had two rooms. But after getting first room set and signing second room docs, the clerk took a call, answered Qs, and made a reservation. Just 7-8 minutes interruption but we only had 20 sec more to finish check in

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Entire hotel and a weird smell. Can’t describe it but it wasn’t a moldy, musty/wet smell like you get in humid areas. Stale maybe? Hallways, elevator and lobby were hot, no air circulation. None of the ice machines had any ice at all. Overall it was fine since were were only there for about 7 hours total before we were on the road again

When we got to our room, the door was propped open by the inside latch, so we were leery about going in. When we did, one of the beds was wrinkled and not made up like someone had been lying in it. We tried to call front desk but the phone didn’t work. Had to go downstairs to tell her. She was very sweet (Lindsey) and got some sheets and said she would be right back with pillowcases, so I told her we would make it up while she ran to get them. Noticed there was no refrigerator which we needed for food - listed as each room having one. She had to find one in another room and drug it into ours (poor girl deserves a raise!). The shower had blue spots in it and when rinsed with water they came out, so not stained, just not cleaned. Sink was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed - I made sure to wear my shoes the whole time. Was unable to take a shower because I did not want to in the filth. Would NOT recommend!! Very sad place. Should definitely have received compensation.

First of all we were assigned a room without a sofa bed for our granddaughter. Due to my dissatisfaction with the room, they upgraded us to a suite with a sofa couch on the 3rd floor. The couch was in a place where it could not be opened so she slept on the couch. No blanket or pillow. No cups in the room. Floor was not clean. The breakfast area and entry were dark and dreary. The registration staff were not friendly or custome oriented. We will not stay at a Kelly Inn and Suites again. Only consolation was the bed was comfortable tho very high.

Kelly Inn & Suites was very conveniently located off the interstate. Check-in went ok. However, when we went to our room, the refrigerator wasn't working. Also, the ice machine on the floor wasn't working. Went back down to the desk to inform and that was useless. We were told yeah there have been problems with the ice machine. Asked where the closest place to buy ice and was told any convenient store should have ice. We are not from the area. As far as the refrigerator not working, we were told she was new. Asked if there was a manager we could speak with and was told no the manager wasn't there. The staff member then walked away from us to help the other person waiting. So, we were left standing there. Very poor customer service skills.
