"The absolute worst resort I have ever been to so far.
The resort is in disarray. The landscaping is horrendous, the staff is lazy . The Service was exceptionally slow.
Their only bright spot is their food. That was really good once you got it.
It is obvious, they are in financial trouble. Short staffed in the maintenance area. Myself and a friend had to net the pool throughout the day. The flowers from the unkept trees and wasps were quite bothersome.
Let’s put it this way… if they offered me a free week because of this survey, I wouldn’t take it!"
"I really liked this hotel it's small cozy , clean , well maintained, we where there in low season so no one around , located right in the middle of the main plaza , you can take nice evening walks , it has a brewery called el zopilote, good ambiance , we enjoyed our stay"
"My husband and I really enjoyed the comfortable bed, helpful staff and lovely rooftop patio. I was quite sick with bronchitis and the manager went out of her way to help me. We look forward to returning in October - one review called it "sparse" I thought it was tastefully decorated and lovely."
"The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places, the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to help us with a rental car and instead of the car we end up going to another"
