"When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place ..."

"Made me to stay in Maharashtra Bhawan (saying Vallabh Palace and Maharashtra Bhawan are pertaining to the same owner). Neither asked nor done cleanness No breakfast served."
