「Near several restaurants that are within walking distance. Right by Notre Dame U. The inside hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I imagine it's freaking hard to watch that, since it is a large property, and I feel like that could be filed under a guest integrity issue (we had no issue smoking outside, as the signs clearly state).
