"Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees"

"The front desk was helpful at check in and offered to upgrade my room. The overall cleanliness of the room could have been improved. Nice amenities in the room like a massage chair, jetted tub and a steaming armoire, but the bed was VERY firm."

"The front desk clerks do not speak English and get frustrated when you try and use a translator app. The room is extremely far from and tourist attraction; about two hours on bus and one hour on train. The breakfast they offer is a slice of toast or a choice of two small Dixie cups of dry cereal. The entrance is through a parking garage door on both sides of the hotel. The bus is about six minute walk while the train is about 20 minute walk but worth it if you want to get to Busan or attractions...
