Give this one a miss

The only standard room available was a building site. I was obliged to upgrade, which was fine. The internet was either poor or non existent. There was no hot water either at night or in the morning. I was scheduled to stay for 5 nights but checked out after 2 nights. No refund, (apart from 3 nights upgrade) not even the tourist tax! The young lady on reception had to lend me her remote for the TV as others that I was given did not work. She was as helpful and as apologetic as could be but this could not make up for all the downsides.

Just moderate..not really comfort..and not so discomfort..just worth that price..the positioning of the furniture(air conditioner) not logic and I was feel hot during my stay there..

Within walking distance to Bintang & food centre

The new renovation room is good but since it is still under renovation, the floor is dirty inside & out side of the room. We did ourselves the cleaning of the floor since the cleaner has gone home. Otherwise it is a good location & comfortable.

2 Type of room conditional

Overall the hotel conditional is ok. Only when booking need to check with the hotel counter as there are 2 type of room provide. One type of room which is not yet renovation which is in bad conditionan and the other type already renovation is much better.

Booked online. But, when checking in, lady told me upgrade room for better one by add more rm15. This is very helpful, but should be stated online.

Clean & Quiet room to stay.

I booked the family room thru online with the cheapest price and its really amazing place to stay.The rooms are very clean and confortable.Wifi and parking also included. im very satisfied.
