I only once briefly interacted with the front desk. I did not check in or out with anyone, our room was never cleaned, the shuttle service was unpredictable, and there was a lot of construction on the property. The property was beautiful and there was a lot to do on the property itself. I just wish I would have know more about the amenities before our stay.

We stayed 5 nights in the one bedroom suite at the Bay Club Sandestin Resort and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living room, kitchen and bedroom spacious. very clean and a nice view of the Bay. I would stay there again.

We were here for our baby moon. After walking into our room, we wished we would of booked longer. We were blown away with everything. We had a fully stocked kitchen, living room, bathroom with a stand-up shower, a master bathroom with a jacuzzi, bedroom that has a balcony of ocean view!

Great place to stay, was very clean and there is so much to do around the hotel, it’s Not just one hotel but an entire area, private beach, shopping area, gated security. A staff was awesome.

Facility a little tired, but overall clean..
Very roomy and comfortable. Ugly carpet, but clean. Eight out of ten washing machines broken on all three floors of designated machine floors. Quiet until delivery trucks and garbage trucks park and run in driveway on backside of building. Incredible lush surroundings, however, outdoor cooking grills are embarrassing and near useless requiring your own charcoal briquettes. Bay Club One bldg. is a little tired looking.

The location was centrally located and within walking distance of the beach. There is one restaurant located on site that was open for breakfast only but several restaurants with in driving distance. There is a shuttle service around the property that gets you to about everything you need. Use the app to learn the routes and it is easy and covenant.

This property needs work. The room itself was very very very dated. Upside is the amenities that come along with the property outside of that it wasn't a favorite.

I was glad the room provided cookware, dishes, and utensils to cook. I enjoyed the two bathrooms. Everything was spacious including the balcony. The location which is not too far from stores, restaurants, and the beach was very convenient.

The Bay Club was overall a good option for my budget. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean. My main concern was the mattress I slept on was very low quality; It had little to no support. On a minor note, only two of the 8-10 jets in the jacuzzi were operating at full capacity. A budget minded person could enjoy staying at the Bay Club of Sandestin, but it's not for everyone.

Room floors were sticky and carpet gummy. Otherwise room was good. Pool was nice. Only one pool available despite advertised 3 pools. Beach access is 1 mile away near Hilton. Beach was great. Publix grocery was close by. Noisy with delivery trucks to the Cafe in alley under our room on 5th floor when trying to sleep in.

We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. The staff on property were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. More communication about the amenities on property and/or transportation would’ve helped but we figured it all out after some trial and error. Great, stable Wi-Fi. Cafe in the neighboring building had an amazing breakfast/brunch! Complimentary washer/dryer were very much appreciated. No view of the bay from our room but a short walk around the building led to a beautiful view of the bay. Beach access at the Sanderson resort was awesome.

We enjoyed the property and the small bay view from our room. Room was spacious, clean and enjoyed the full fridge ,coffee maker, spa tub and access to the washer and dryer. Also liked how easy it was to get fresh towels and coffee, shampoo etc. The employees were very friendly. We found the room noisy in that we were subjected to loud trucks either backing up or the dumpster truck early in the morning. Not sure if we were in a room above the delivery entrance. Did not use ANY of the amenities that we were charged the extra $50 for. not happy with that. Used our own vehicle on the property, did not golf ride bikes or any of that. Also could hear people in next room talking and actually using the bathroom. The “private “ beach was packed. We preferred to pay $6 and enjoy the far less packed Henderson beach state park.

When checking in keys did not work. It took three times from third floor to front desk. Finally a maintenance man came and re keyed lock. TV in living room kept cutting out every couple seconds. I did ask front desk if we could have any other room. They put us looking over the garbage dump. The girls answer was no it’s the way you booked. Hotels.com if I was you I would take Bay Club off your list of hotels.

The individual condos are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clean. The property is huge and offers bay & beach access as well as multiple pools & golf courses. Dining options on-site and nearby were delicious, but there are also grocery stores and a full kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meal.

The property advertised suggest having everything u need except paper towels and some extra kitchen items such as spices. The condo had a view of a garbage can and new condos. This building took on a lot of noise from the new builds. This was never shared by the owner :( when on vacation shoppers look for this to avoid I believe. Overall the condo itself was great the balcony was convenient so was the second bathroom. This property stated free bike rentals etc we never could find any of this and nobody at the property was available except security which didn’t know. Great location for us :)
