「The exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...

「Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. 「This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again.」
