「Room was well appointed Staff friendly Breakfast was enough 」

「I really like this one hotel, everything is good 」

「Very clean and quiet. On-site laundry was stupidly expensive, as to be expected. We did not utilize any other amenities, but they looked nice enough. 」

「Beds are very comfortable the rooms are clean and th view of the lake was beautiful. Only complaint the furniture in the room needs some updating and better mosquito control on the balconies 」

「The room was very clean the staff was excellent especially the Spanish lady on second shift I was unable to locate the hotel I had to call her three times and without attitude or any sense of anger she talked me right in to the hotel with no issues we were there for basketball tournament so we had early games so we ddnt get a chance to have breakfast…parking was ok but as to be expected with so many different teams and other regular travelers but overall it was a pleasant experience 」

「A little disappointed with the room in the way of the air conditioner. The air condition was LOUD. We kept it running at 70 degrees in room 318 in order for it to keep the room cool enough. Everything else was fine. 」

「Great stay except for a safety hazard I unfortunately encountered sticking out from the bottom of the bed. A piece of metal supporting the bed cut my leg open. I am still wearing a bandage on it 9 days later. 」

「They are actively transitioning to new ownership and under renovation. We found a small roach in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable, felt old, and dirty. Old AC unit that made the room have a smell. Just overall dirty. We almost left and went back home but it was over an hour away and we got there late. So we decided to suck it up since we had an event in the morning that was 10 minutes away.」

「Said we left the room dirty but I actually left the room better than most ppl would since it's a motel with cleaning service. I checked out at 11am on the dot but they rushed me out from 10:30 and kept knocking saying that we were late. Place is a mess bugs in the beds and room in general definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and just spend a couple more bucks for the quality inn on 441」
