Comfortable and conveniently located
Apartment is conveniently and centrally located, some 10 minutes walk from railway station and bus station. Neighborhood is nice, full with restaurants and bars, but that does not bother your night rest. The apartment is pretty spacious, with relaxation zone, and convenient and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is clean, light and warm. Bedroom has blackout curtains, bed is comfortable. Wi-Fi works perfectly.

We didn't realise how little english was understood in Minsk. Therefore we should have stayed in a hotel with a reception that could have helped us get around Minsk as it was we had to go in to Hotel Minsk to get help and would have not got anything done we had wanted as also could find no information office in Minsk. Re the apartment we should have been told about 3 flights of stairs. The other thing they did was rip us off for a taxi fare they charge double in US dollars what the taxis charge from the airport. The person who met us at the apartment had no english at all impossible really. Also they changed the address of apartment without informing us and if we hadn't had a nice taxi driver would never have found it.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Minsk
Great place, great location, a lot to do within walking distance, easy access to most of public transportation. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Good Choice With Phone
Very nice apartment with everything anyone needs. The location may prevent a problem for travelers without voice capable phone in Minsk. Hotels.com has the wrong address. While the location indicator on website map is close, it is not enough to find the apartment building. Kazarmenny lane 5-2a is misleading for two reasons. Kazarmenny lane is not posted, so you don't now if you're there. Locals don't seem to know either. Number 5-2a is flat out wrong. There is no sign and it is not attended. Luckily english speaking Belarussians are helpful with phone calls. The agent for the apartment will meet you at the site. Bring exact rent in cash, there is no office for change. Once in, the apartment was so nice, I would consider other apartment choices over hotels on my next trip. I am a single traveler. This place is good for 2 or more with kitchen and fridge.

Friendly service, clean and new apartments, huge fridge and microwave oven in the kitchen. They have several flats, so you can choose if contact them. 15 minutes from the railway station. Very nice restaurant in a few minutes, just walk and choose the one you like. Uber taxi works here.

Cozy apartments in the center
We stayed at the one room apartment in the center of Minsk. We really enjoyed room comfort, kitchen equipment and free wi-fi. But the only problem was the bathroom. It was too small even for me, who was born in the USSR. Washbowl was really a bowl of the size of your hands and not more. And it was just impossible to wash you face, one can only do it over the pan.

Short stay in Minsk
Excellent location. Apartments were clean and in good condition. The bed was not actually a bed, rather large sofa. Overall, very good alternative to the hotels in Minsk.

All went well. Apartment was clean and in a good location. Couple things that could be improved: there was a problem with the shower head - it was broken, cleaning crew showed up at 12pm sharp at the day of checkout - would be good to have some slack time.

Long way out of town
The apartment once you find it and walk up some dark and damp stairs was very nice though the toilet didn't flush properly ... The problem was the location, we took a taxi to the address given but that was the address if the apartment letting agency. The actual apartment was miles away. Though once they saw our faces drop the offered to take us there in a car for $5. Lesson to be learnt here find the actual address of the apartment confirmed and agreed before you travel ... Then you plan properly

Nice apartment in city centre
I stayed in a very nice little apartment, right in the city centre but on a quiet street. The staff were excellent and friendly, even when I showed up at almost ten o'clock at night and they had to take me to the apartment and "introduce" me to it. A very positive experience and a very pleasant stay!

Great value for money
Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The block in which it is located can be a bit off-putting, but it doesn't detract from the overall very positive experience. I would recommend it to someone who's visiting Minsk for more than a night. The apartment is situated close to a subway station. You can also find a couple of restaurants nearby.

JUST AMAZING, THE PRICE IS WORTHY , EVEN THUS THIS HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER LATE CHECK OUT , THE LOCATION , THE COMFORT AND IS BETTER THAN ANY HOTEL. HONESTLY I DID NOT EXPECT IT BUT I WAS WRONG , THIS HOTEL FOR ANY FUTURE PLANS IS JUST WHAT YOU NEED THANKS SO MUCH !!!!!

Staff at the agency were very friendly. After giving me the key and a map, the unit was a little hard to find by myself. [Like many buildings in Eastern Europe, you go down a passage and enter through a "yard" in the back. The apartment was decent and in a very central location. The bed was a sort of day bed/sofa bed, not a mattress and box spring.

Much better then saying in a hotel. Very well equipped for all needs of a traveler . Comfortable, clean, quiet! The staff was very helpful and nice. I recommend it without hesitation!

Stor och rymliglägenhet i centrala Minsk. Bra säng med stora garderober.öppet kök/vardagsrum, massa olika kanaler på tv men inga engelsktalande.ligger inte långt från tåg/buss station. Karl marks gata har även massa olika mat&cafeställen. Nära till Dynamo stadion (ca 200m)

英語が全く通じません！
まずメールを出しても返事が来ない。電話は通じない。 空港に迎えを頼んだのに来なかった。来たけれど結局空港でタクシーを頼んだ後だった。 しかも全く英語が通じない。まさか日本人よりも話せないとは… 支払いは現金でUSDのみというのも驚いた。 予約した部屋が全然違う！エレベータ無しで3階。20kg以上の荷物を持っている私はどうすればいいんだよ！？洗面所とトイレが異常に狭く、小さいアジア人の私でも使いづらいと思った。 タンク式なのでお湯は長く使うと水に。2人以上の旅行者はきついかも。 ガスコンロだけれど、つまみをひねってマッチで火をつけるという旧式なので日本人は難しいです。 ただしキッチンは充実している。冷蔵庫デカすぎるくらい。 wifiはさすがにきちんと通じた。 一番腹立たしかったのが、ベッドがソファベッドだった！！ ただし、グムデパートから徒歩6分、十月広場の前だったので結局はこちらで場所は便利だった。 これだけは良かった。

Поэтому мы пытались разговаривать на международном английском языке, мы сожалеем, что вы его не знаете. Так же наш сотрудник прибыл в аэропорт в оговоренное с Вами время, с табличкой "Prime Apartments", однако Вы уехали на другом такси, и нам пришлось ехать впустую обратно к апартаментам. Так же просим внимательней читать условия агентства, описание апартаментов и фотографии, так как забронированные апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию и предоставленным фото. Дизайн квартиры, наполнение и архитектура соответствует удобствам и параметрам жизни в нашей стране. Надеемся в остальном Ваш отдых был успешным.

조용하고 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소
구시가지 중심에 있고 지하철 역에서 걸어서 5분이내에 위치하여 있습니다. 주변에 카페, 레스토랑들이 많구요. 특히 게이트에서 나가서 우회전해서 조금만 가다 보면 벨라루스 전통 음식들을 맛볼수 있는 레스토랑이 있습니다. 외국인들도 많이 보이더라구요.

Луxitt место для проживание в центре.
Отличные апартаменты даже для длительного проживания. Единственный минус, маленький совмещенный душ/туалет, но не настолько чтобы испортить впечатление. Кухня, все приборы, даже кофе и чай есть! Отличный холодильник, окна во двор. Лучшего трудно себе представить. А главное идеальное состояние квартиры!

ここはよい
観光シーズンから外れたからかリーズナブルな料金で泊まれてラッキーでした。窓から旧市街広場の塔が見えます。買い物も食事もどこに行くにも便利でスタッフも親切です。2泊あっという間でした。お世話になりました。

設備は良いがサービスはなってない
アパートの立地は最高、鍵は旧ソ連圏はとこもそうですか、複雑、頑張りましょう。アバは良いのですが代理店のハンドリングが良くない。通常この手のアパートだと日によって部屋の場所が違うので旅行前に待ち合わせ場所を連絡してくるのだが、それがなく、現地に到着して迷って電話してからの対応でした。スタッフもなんの謝罪もなく長時間待たせたあげくに機械的処理でした。

Schönes Apartment im Zentrum von Minsk
Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sogar eine Besichtigung vor Bezug des Apartments war möglich. Völlig termingerechte Besichtigung und Bezug. Alle wünschenswerten Einrichtungsgegenstände waren vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Check-out.

Не верь глазам своим!
Остановились на ночь проездом в Польшу. Заранее предупредили о позднем заезде. По телефону сообщили, что за эту услугу взимается плата - 10 долл. На сайте об этом ни слова. Заселили в апартаменты. Вместо двуспальной кровати- раскладной, почти офисный диван. На картинке изображено одно помещение, а в реале совсем другое. Это дурилка, ребята! Остальные мелочи- сломанный крючок для душа, не прикрученный к полу унитаз можно считать вполне привычными для родного отельного бизнеса приметами.

То, что вы забронировали - Вам предоставили . Сопоставить фото с действительностью можно в любой день, если наши клиенты не доверяют фотографиям на нашем сайте. Мне приходилось в жизни много ездить. В Минске я впервые. Ваш город мне очень понравился, у него интересная и новая,и старая архитектура. Хочется приехать еще и побыть подольше.Местоположение отеля очень удобное. Несомненно хорошее качество обслуживания, номер очень удобный, чистота идеальная. Жаль, что прекрасное впечатление несколько омрачается состоянием лестницы, по которой надо подняться. В целом от проживания осталось очень хорошее впечатление.
