Definitely a much needed stay after driving 6 hours north from Pisa with friends. Definitely was accommodating for all 3 of us and plenty of space for everyone.

The sheets on the bed were still damp which made everything feel dirty. No front desk person or staff on site. No parking near by. Costs €20 to use the kitchen. Need to climb lots of stairs to get to the hotel.

It is a great property. There is a small hot tub on the second floor. I was thinking it was outside my room. The room was a hot and can not adjust the AC. I did not notified the owner. Everything else was great!

Pleasant stay.

It was a pleasant stay. My only recommendation is that they up the temperature of the hot tub in the shoulder seasons.

The rooms were clean with the exception of where you put the laundry detergent in the washing machine. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. We were shocked to see that there was a charge of €20 to use the kitchen since generally when there is a kitchen it’s to be used at no extra charge We were also extremely disappointed when we found out there was no pool for our children to swim. The advertisement on Expedia shows a picture of a pool which leads people to believe there is a swimming pool and not a hot tub which we had no interest in using in 40° weather.

Host was not too friendly and not too accommodating. Space was fine, nice deck. Should have been laundry soap and more shampoo & bar soap.

If I would have known I had to park my car half a mile away from the location I would have never booked the place. Also would have never booked it knowing getting my luggage up to my room up a steep hill and up a lot of steep steps. Also they call their 6’x6’ hot tub a pool with cold water. Terrible experience and left a day early. Will never go back there. Wasn’t cheap to book and then find out I had to pay an extra fee if I wanted to use the kitchen.
