This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread.

ほぼ満足。

チェックインは、スムーズで対応も良かったです。ラウンジでのアルコールとコーヒー類のサービスと足湯で、リラックス出来ました。部屋は、清潔感がありました。楽しみにしていた夕食は、バイキングで品数と量が少なく感じましたが、どちらかというと、高齢のお客様が多かったので、食べ残しを減らす取り組みの一貫なら理解は出来ますが、物足りなさを感じてしまい、期待していただけに、残念でした。個人的には、揚げ物と肉食の品数が少なめだった。朝食バイキングは、よくある普通のバイキングでしたが、きのこ雑煮が美味しかった。温泉は、源泉かけ流しで湯量も多く、露天風呂は３種類が楽しめて、夕食後の入浴だったので、ほぼ貸切で楽しめました。

夕飯・朝食ともにビュッフェスタイル。コロナが５類になったとしても食べ物はケース等に入れてほしい。その他、使い捨て手袋着用にて各自取るなど、気遣いがほしい。食材むき出し、デザートは冷やしていないため少しドロっとしており、スポンジ部分はパサパサしている。従業員の方は感じ良い！

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい食事のバイキングも豊富で美味しく、サービスがとても気持ちいいマッサージを受けたが、自分に必要なストレッチも教えて下さり大変有難かった静かでもあり、ゆっくり過ごすには是非また、伺いたい施設です

スタッフはとても親切！

部屋は期待外れでした。そこそこ料金も高かったのでもう少し良い部屋かと思っていました。掃除は行き届いておりましたが全体的に補修が必要です。スタッフはとても親切でした。特にレストランスタッフは良かったです。フレンドリーで翌日の予定にも親切にアドバイスいただいたり、ビュッフェなのにおすすめ料理を配って歩いたりととても親切でした。

お料理が美味しい

夕食も朝食もとても品数豊富なバイキングでした。土地の名物料理が出されており、たいへん美味しくいただきました。温泉には夜しか入れなかったのですが、男性には露天風呂があったとか。朝は男女のお風呂が入れ替わるというお話でしたが、そこは少し残念でした。スタッフの方々も皆さん感じがよく、快適に過ごせました。またいつか行けたらと思います。
