「Great place」

「Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.」

「Hotel was fine for our overnight stay. The only minor inconvenience was the AC. It’s set at a specific temp and couldn’t be made cooler.」

「Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.」

「Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. 「The place was under construction as they were repairing rooms and repairing windows while we were there so there wasn't access to much. And there's not much for amenities there except the Continental breakfast and a pool. But the place was clean and fairly safe for the neighborhood」
