Seemed brand new. Beautiful building. Directly across from the baseball field, short walk to Target Center and First Avenue. Easy access to Skywalk. Lots of dinning options to walk to and near the river walk for perfect morning exercise. Parking is in the North Loop Green Garage and has to be arranged and paid for on your own and there are no in and out privileges, but that didn’t bother us because the area is walkable.
I’ve been traveling to Minneapolis for over 20 years and I’ve never stayed in this area of downtown. I decided to give it a shot even though it was right across from the baseball stadium and a very loud area. However I found the apartment hotel to be excellent well-maintained beautiful, right across the street from the metro a few local dining options but many others within half a mile walk and of course the baseball and basketball stadiums within five minutes of your hotel overall I’d highly recommend this location. The only thing I struggle with is sharing my information upfront electronically because there’s no check-in area I don’t mind there’s no check-in area. I’m just concerned that so much detail has to be given Before you stay, however I understand why I just need to make sure that I’m secure and booking my stay and sharing so much private information electronically in the end. This is a great location and they have wonderful amenities. The rooms are new and basically you have your own apartment .
Only thing is, I felt a bit uneasy walking to the nearby parkades as a woman on my own. Not sure how that can be adjusted, but really nervous about that, especially when leaving at 5 am and having to walk to the parkade on my own.
Unless your trip was to see a twin’s baseball game, the hotel is out of the way for virtually everything. Also, being across the street from a light rail terminal brings some questionable characters around.
Loved this place! Everything was perfect! Staff was polite, lobby large and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy! Already made reservations for our next stay!
A great location for train and target center , lots of restaurants to walk to , it was alittle tricky finding our parking but we did it , although check the price we were overcharged and still working on the credit
Beautiful property with nice employees who are quick to solve an issue. The property is next to Target Field (baseball), which is awesome. Ramp B overnight parking is close by, as well. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this hotel!
